There are 25 privately owned villas situated in approximately 30 acres set on a hillside amongst orange, almond and olive trees. From the villas there are views over the south west coastline and open land. The Quinta has two swimming pools, one larger pool with a separate shallow end for smaller children plus a very attractive kidney shaped pool.

In addition there is a separate children's play area with its own paddling pool, other facilities include a hard tennis court, mini golf and table tennis. There are also stables and horse riding facilites.

The original farmhouse has been converted into a quality Bar/Restaurant. In the summer months there is a poolside bar that serves light lunches throughout the day.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with an abundance of trees and flowers.
